Farmers at Hankcok Farm strive to improve the environment and provide our clients with fresh and nutritious dairy food. Our farmers also struggle hard to make the environment socially and economically better. We try to reduce carbon footprint, reuse farm waste, save water and clean the air by applying different farm practices.
Farm waste's odour is natural, but we recycle it by injecting it under the soil surface. In this way, soil's health also improves and don't require the need for synthetic fertilizers
Proper manure storage practices and cleaner farms improve air quality by removing odour and make it pleasant for the community
Saving water is another primary goal of Hankcok dairy farm for a sustainable environment, as we try to recycle water an average of 3 to 5 times. We plant the crops that use relatively less water to grow and feed them to our cattle. Cows are one of the best recyclers themselves as they consume substances that we can't, and turn it into our favourite and wholesome dairy products
